Personal training anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs. I can come to you or you can come to me. Training sessions for groups, couples, individuals, kids and businesses.

I also offer sessions, where I will join and help you in your chosen activity or sport e.g. tennis, hiking, rock climbing, cycling, beach runs, squash, surfing.
